EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Unless there is an error due to shipper. Due to the limited nature of our product we can not process exchanges for incorrect sizes so please check out our sizing chart.
SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed and are delivered within 5-7 business days*. International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed and can take up to 12 business days following order processing for delivery through local post. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing ups tracking information.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
